Professional staff, greeted when walking in and adequate staff to work with several customers. Tracy was wonderful; showed us a couple of units and helped us get our mailbox. Very thorough with explanations of the process needed to rent. Clean, secure storage and mail rental. You can also purchase shipping supplies and rent Penske trucks there.

Everyone has been great there. Very helpful. When we didn't get the bar slid shut before locking it, I got a call and text saying it wasn't secure. I love that. The use of hand trucks is great. I've never found any spiders or mice in the units. It's always clean. I will always use the location if I need one.
